We recommend the event space for community gatherings, meetings, workshops, happy hours or networking events.
Upstairs conference rooms are better equipped to just be meeting spaces. Each room has an HD 65” TV as well as full AV hookups. These rooms are great for a meeting of 8 people or fewer. These rooms are located on the upper floors of the building, and checking in at the front desk is required for elevator access.

You/your caterer are welcome to use the kitchen, but ask that tenants still be able to access this space during normal business hours, as it is the only kitchen in the building.
Given our work, we encourage public transit, biking, walking or other alternative modes of transportation to get to our building. If someone has to drive, they can pay to park in our lot.
