Event Space Options

While we would love to be able to host every event that comes across our desks, we have limited staff dedicated to our events programming. Additionally, our event space is just a fraction of the work we do here at the Alliance Center. As a result, we are unable to accommodate weekend events and we reserve the right to refuse any event due to capacity and time restraints. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Due to Covid-19, we have faced a reduction in our staffing capacity and our ability to host large, in-person events. Additionally, our tenants are our top priority—we have adapted our event space offerings in various ways throughout the pandemic to keep our tenants healthy, safe and distraction-free. Because of this, we are unable to host large, in-person events like we did prior to the pandemic. We thank you for your understanding and hope you will keep us in mind for your smaller events!

However, it is not a full-service kitchen, as it does not have a stove or dishwasher to reduce our energy consumption. You/your caterer are welcome to use the kitchen, but we ask that if it’s during normal business hours that tenants still be able to access this space as it is the only kitchen in the building.

Given our work, we encourage public transit, biking, walking, or other alternative modes of transportation to get to our building. If someone has to drive, they can pay to park in our lot.
