VISIT US
ENJOY AN EASY COMMUTE
Our building is conveniently located in the heart of Lower Downtown Denver! Just steps from Union Station and the Cherry Creek bike path, we encourage our visitors to take advantage of an array of sustainable transportation options.
TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORTATION
Use the Denver Transportation Website to plan your trip using a combination of walking, biking, driving and public transit! This website will also provide the estimated cost of each option.
BIKE OPTIONS
Click here to see bike routes in Denver. There’s plenty of bike parking at The Alliance Center! Don’t have a bike? Thanks to the City of Denver’s Shared Micromobility program, Lime and Lyft operate e-bikes and electric scooters across the city that can be easily rented via mobile apps.
BUS & LIGHTRAIL
There are bus stops at almost every intersection as well as multiple lightrail stops in downtown Denver. Union Station, Colorado’s largest transit hub, is just one block away from The Alliance Center. Click here to use the RTD Trip Planner.
CARSHARING & RIDESHARING
Did you know that Colorado Carshare is a tenant in The Alliance Center? Lyft can also be a more sustainable option than driving your own car.
PARKING OPTIONS
The Alliance Center parking lot is located next to the building and can be accessed via the alley between Wazee and Wynkoop Streets. Parking is available by the hour, but only in spots marked with a green “Pay by Phone” sign. Please follow the instructions on the posted signs to pay using the PayByPhone app. Free parking is not available.
Parking is limited, and the lot is busiest from mid-morning through the afternoon.
We offer a public EV Fast Charger—charge your electric vehicle while visiting and leave with a full battery.
There is also one ADA-accessible parking spot in the lot.
If the lot is full, you can find nearby parking options using:
SpotHero for reserving a spot in advance
