The Alliance Center offers purpose-driven office space designed to fit your team’s needs. From drop-in desks to private suites, our flexible, move-in-ready spaces scale with you. Located in a building with over eight LEED certifications, the Alliance Center offers a sustainable workspace built for impact.
Dedicated Desks
Companies and organizations can rent Dedicated Desks and Hot Desks in upstairs shared suites alongside other tenants. All of our workspaces have wifi and hard-wired internet, and come with all our benefits and amenities, including unlimited access to our 16 conference rooms!
Dedicated Desks are assigned spaces, allowing employees to store their belongings on-site and access the building 24/7.
Hot Desks are drop-in desks for your organization for one monthly rate. They can be shared by up to 10 team members and are a great option for occasional in-office days.
For day-rate desks for individuals, consider our coworking options.
Desk prices start at $365/month; nonprofit discounts available.
Private Offices
Private offices with doors that combine the benefits of a collaborative community with the peace and quiet of your own space. All of our workspaces have wifi and hard-wired internet, and come with all our benefits and amenities, including unlimited access to our 16 conference rooms!
Many teams will combine a few private offices with a few dedicated desks within the same suite.

Full Office Suites
Lease a full office suite for your whole team. Suites include both private offices and dedicated desks.

Virtual Tenancy
Virtual tenants can call the Alliance Center home without a major lease commitment.
A virtual tenancy for a nonprofit is $100 per month.
A virtual tenancy for a for-profit is $250 per month.
Virtual desk tenants receive 6 hours of free meeting space monthly, with additional hours starting at $20/hr. Optional add-ons include a mailbox and mailing address for $25/month and daily rates for desk use ($20/day) or office use ($40/day).
