Our certified green event space is less than a block from Union Station, making getting here simple and easy. Our flexible space, skilled staff and above-and-beyond health and safety standards ensure a high quality experience for anyone hosting a meeting with us.
MEETING ROOM OPTIONS
Our meeting rooms are immediately bookable and come equipped with 65” TVs as well as full AV hookups. These rooms are located on the upper floors of the building and great for meetings of 15 people or fewer.
COLORADO ROOM
The Colorado Room is our smallest space and is perfect for an intimate conversation or small meeting of four people.
MEDIUM CONFERENCE ROOMS
Medium upstairs conference rooms have whiteboards, ergonomic furniture seating up to eight people and are fully equipped with AV capabilities for screen sharing and videoconferencing. We have four medium conference rooms available. These are perfect for a small or medium meeting!
COLLABORATION LOUNGE
This large upstairs room has a whiteboard, comfortable lounge furniture for up to 10 people and is fully equipped with AV capabilities for screen sharing and videoconferencing.
COLFAX ROOM
This large upstairs room has a whiteboard wall, table and chairs for up to 15 people and is fully equipped with AV capabilities for screen sharing and videoconferencing.

FAQS
The downstairs event space is specifically designed to be a versatile event space. The furniture downstairs is easily movable, catering can easily be set up and guests walk through the building’s front door and into the event space. We recommend the event space for community gatherings, meetings, workshops, happy hours or networking events.
Upstairs conference rooms are better equipped to just be meeting spaces. Each room has an HD 65” TV as well as full AV hookups. These rooms are great for a meeting of 15 people or fewer. These rooms are located on the upper floors of the building, and checking in at the front desk is required for access to the rooms. These rooms are typically only booked during business hours (8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday).
Yes, one of our events team members would be happy to assist in an in-person or virtual tour of the building. Tours can be scheduled by phone at 303-454-3307 or by email at events@thealliancecenter.org. Alternatively, click the Book a Tour button on our navigation menu to schedule a tour immediately!
Yes, The Alliance Center does have a kitchen with refrigerators, microwaves and sinks. However, it is not a full-service kitchen, as it does not have a stove or dishwasher. You/your caterer are welcome to use the kitchen, but we ask that tenants still be able to access this space during normal business hours as it is the only kitchen in the building.
We encourage public transit, biking, walking or other alternative modes of transportation to get to our building. If someone has to drive, they can pay to park in our lot. More information on transit options and parking can be found here.
Meeting rooms come equipped with furniture, whiteboards, 65” TVs and full AV hookups, including a webcam for videoconferencing.
Serendipity Cafe is typically open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am-2pm, although hours may vary.
