The sweet spot for Hub Cafe capacity is 60 people and is only available for use after 3pm on weekdays. This space has six large windows and receives lots of natural light.

The rental rates listed above include on-site furniture and a dedicated on-site staff member to assist with event needs.
A strike fee (equivalent to one additional hourly charge) is added to all
events and a minimum charge may apply, as well as additional weekend
charges or other fees. Please fill out our event inquiry form to receive
an accurate quote.
Customer will not have access to the space outside of their confirmed booking times.
