The Alliance Center’s Living Lab program pilots innovative sustainability solutions using our building as a demonstration site. We operate our building at the highest levels of performance for our occupants and the environment and encourage you to do your part at your building or office space!

• Learn about high-performance buildings, like The Alliance Center, and LEED certification to find out how the built environment is tackling climate change.
• Use our team’s expertise to help your building operate more sustainably.
• Reduce, reuse and recycle! Bring reusable items with you (like coffee mugs, reusable bags, to-go containers and reusable straws) to avoid waste. This change starts with all of us.
• Divert waste from the landfill and save them for when our Hard to Recycle Station is open once again! In 2018 we diverted over 200,000 individual items from the landfill – including batteries, lightbulbs, food wrappers, plastic bags and more.

Businesses play an essential role in creating a more sustainable, equitable future. Supporting local companies that have committed to measuring and improve their social and environmental impact is the first step toward transforming the role of business in our society.

Summary

The Alliance Center’s Regenerative Recovery Coalition is implementing ideas and strategies needed to build Colorado forward from the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re leading this collaborative effort with dozens of cross-sector organizations from across the state.

The Alliance Center is the hub of sustainability in Colorado. You can join The Alliance Center’s community by either becoming a tenant of our building or becoming an Alliance Member! Both options will connect you with hundreds of organizations in our vast sustainability network  throughout the state and beyond allowing you to broaden and strengthen your environmental impact.
