Pricing Information

  • Tenant Rate
    $90/hour
  • Nonprofit Rate
    $150/hour
  • For Profit Rate
    $280/hour

Please note that a set-up/break-down fee equivalent to one additional hourly charge is added to all events, including tenant allotment usage. This time is added before and after the customer’s arrival and departure times. Customer will not have access to the space outside of their confirmed booking.

The rental rates listed above include on-site furniture, a dedicated on-site staff member to assist with event needs and all available AV and technology.

The Sustainability Center is available starting at 4 p.m. Monday – Thursday, and available all day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
