*This reflects weekday pricing. Please inquire for weekend and holiday pricing. A strike fee (equivalent to one additional hourly charge) is added to all events. Customer will not have access to the space outside of their confirmed booking.

The rental rates listed above include on-site furniture, a dedicated on-site staff member to assist with event needs. Additional services and amenities are available a la carte or as packages. Please see the A La Carte Menu for options and weekend/holiday pricing.

Availability

The parking lot is available all day on Saturday and Sunday. This is a seasonally used space.
